The Animal Retreat

The Animal Retreat serves as a boutique sanctuary on Guillemard Road, carved out specifically for owners who prioritise a high-touch, intimate care setting over larger, high-volume facilities. Spanning a thoughtfully designed 1,700-square-foot air-conditioned space, the retreat operates on a strictly cage-free philosophy, ensuring that every guest feels like a member of a curated pack rather than a boarder. By maintaining a deliberately low staff-to-dog ratio, the team can offer a level of individualised engagement that is often difficult to find in the city, focusing on the specific emotional and social needs of each "furkid." With 24/7 on-site supervision and a team trained in canine first aid, the business provides a transparent and secure environment where safety and genuine affection are the baseline, not just an add-on.

Unique Service Pillars
Tailored Socialisation: Unlike one-size-fits-all playgroups, dogs are meticulously grouped by temperament and energy, ensuring a harmonious experience for both the boisterous and the bashful.

Flexible Accommodation: Offers a choice between shared social sleeping arrangements for gregarious pups and private, quiet suites for those who prefer their own space after a long day of play.

Seamless Logistics: A dedicated carpool transport service is available to handle the "school run," making professional care accessible even for the busiest Singaporean households.

On-Site Hygiene Care: Practical grooming and "bath and fluff" services are integrated into the stay, so pets return home refreshed and smelling wonderful.
